Shipping and Return Policy at Martin's Big and Tall
SHIPPING
Martin's Big and Tall cannot ship to International Addresses.
Martin's Big and Tall is proud to offer UPS as its preferred method of shipping within the 48 States. Standard Shipping refers to UPS Ground Service. We can ship UPS expedited service, which would be calculated at time of purchase. UPS and Martin's Big and Tall do not ship to P.O. boxes. We will ship to APO boxes, via the United States Postal Service. Please note: shipments to APO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be sent via USPS with costs calculated at the time of shipment. These charges may not show on your invoice at time of checkout.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Fridays will not be shipped out until the following Monday when UPS resumes regular service.
RETURN POLICY
All exchanges/returns must be sent to the following address:

We will gladly make exchanges/refunds on any new unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges/refunds must include copy of original invoice or receipt and any labels included in original packaging.
We cannot credit any merchandise that has been altered, or worn. Underwear and socks that have been opened cannot be returned for credit.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Martin's Big and Tall „ we do not credit shipping charges unless we were in error or merchandise is deemed to be defective from the manufacturer.
